Vegetarian burger with vegetables
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, baby potatoes (700 g), tomatoes (diced), shallots (finely chopped), wine vinegar, fresh parsley ((bag of 30 g), coarsely chopped), green beans (500 g) and vegetarian hamburgers .

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes in 15-20 minutes until golden brown and done.

Season them with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Stir in the tomato cubes with the shallot, vinegar and parsley.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Cook the green beans in 5-7 minutes until al dente.

Heat the rest of the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the hamburgers over medium heat in 4-5 minutes until nicely browned and done; turn them occasionally.

Serve the burgers with the tomato salsa, the green beans and the potatoes..
