Saltimbocca romana
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, gorgonzola (spicy cheese service department), fresh basil (15 g), spinata romana (meat products), veal chops (approx. 100 g), salt, freshly ground pepper and olive oil.

Cut Gorgonzola into four pieces.

Remove basil leaves from twigs, lay them on top of each other and cut them into strips.

Grill the grill pan until it is piping hot and roast spinata romana for approx.

4 minutes.

Sate veal escalopes to brown in about 7 minutes, turn halfway and place gorgonzola on top.

Place veal escalopes on four plates.
-
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil leaves.

Sprinkle oil around it.

Spinata romana on it.

Serve with bean salad..
