Directions

  1. Roast the parma ham in a dry, hot frying pan until crispy and set aside.
  2. Cook the tagliatelle. Heat the oil and fry the garlic, leek, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the tagliatelle and scoop with the crème fraîche, gorgonzola and half of the parma ham in the vegetable mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the tagliatelle with the rest of the parma ham and the Parmesan cheese.
