Tagliatelle with green vegetables and cheese
Creamy vegetarian pasta with broccoli, onion, zucchini and mature cheese.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Add the broccoli after 6 minutes. Cut the onion into wedges. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Cut the zucchini into cubes.

Let the tagliatelle and broccoli drain and scoop back in the pan. Add the cream, onion and zucchini and bring to the boil. Cut the large leaves of the basil into strips. Spoon the basil and cheese through the pasta as the last.

Serve in bowls or deep plates.
