Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the carrot and parsnip with a peeler and cut into slices. Clean the sprouts and halve them. Cut the onions each into 6 parts.

Divide the vegetables into the roasting tray. Cut the fresh sausage into pieces of 3 cm and place it between the vegetables. Sprinkle the ras el hanout and thyme with a little salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle the oil over this.
