Tomato couscous with cucumber and spicy chicken
Couscous with onion, chicken fillets and ras el hanout, served with a salad of romaatjes, chives, bruschetta tomato salad and raw vegetable cucumber mix.

Put the couscous in a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Leave covered for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onions and chicken fillets with the ras el hanout and salt for 8 minutes on medium heat.

Change regularly.

In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into pieces and the chives finely.

Stir in the couscous with a fork and mix in the bruschetta tomato salad with the rest of the oil.

Mix in the tomato, the cucumber mix and the chives. Season with pepper and salt.

Sprinkle the chicken with the rest of the chives and serve with the couscous.
