Bacon skewers with rice and broccoli

Grate the skin of half a lemon and squeeze out the whole lemon. Mix lemon zest and juice with garlic, sambal oelek and sweet soy sauce. Brush the meat with it and marinate it covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Allow wooden sticks to soak in water. Boil the rice and the broccoli.

Thread the meat alternated with onion as a garland on the skewers. Transfer oil.

Roast the bacon skewers in a hot grill pan until golden brown and done for about 10 minutes. Turn them occasionally.
