Skewers with shrimp, steak and herb oil


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh basil ((a 15 g), coarsely chopped), fresh coriander ((a 15 g), coarsely chopped), garlic, olive oil, steaks (a ca. 150 g), giant prawns (unpeeled ( freezer bag a 450 g), thawed) and lemon (in parts).

Directions

  1. Puree the herbs with the garlic and oil with a hand blender.
  2. Cut the steak into 12 cubes of equal size.
  3. Mix the pieces of meat and the unpeeled shrimp with the herb oil and leave them covered in the refrigerator until use.
  4. Thread the pieces of meat and the shrimp on and around the skewers.
  5. Gril them on a greased griddle over hot heat in 4-6 minutes until tender and brown (the shrimps should be nice pink in color).
  6. Sprinkle the skewers with (fine sea) salt and (freshly ground) pepper and serve them with a lemon part..
