                            Nasi goreng with pink shrimps
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice, eggs, sunflower oil, nasi-bami vegetables (450 g), boemboe nasi goreng (100 g), onions (chopped) and pink shrimps (a 125 g).

                                Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

                                Meanwhile, beat the eggs with 2 tbsp water and pepper and salt to taste. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add the egg mixture and fry an omelette in 5 min. Turn halfway. Cut the omelette into strips.

                                Cut the stalk of the red pepper from the vegetable package. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh finely.

Add the nasi-bami vegetables and cook for another 3 minutes. Stir the rice with a fork and add. Stir fry for another 2 minutes. Mix in the omelette strips. Tasty with crackers.
