Chicken cordon with fried spinach
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breasts, gold salami, Leerdammer cheese, egg (whipped), breadcrumbs, olive oil, pasta, ready-to-cook spinach (300 g) and garlic (pressed (possibly)).

Cut chicken fillets lengthwise on one side.

Fill each chicken fillet with slice of salami and slice of cheese.

Fasten fillets with cocktail sticks.

In a shallow plate stir salt and pepper through egg.

Roll chicken breasts through egg.

Make breadcrumbs on flat plates and swirl fillets through them, covered on all sides with a layer of breadcrumbs.

Heat half of oil in large frying pan with non-stick coating.

Chicken covered over a medium heat in 15 min.

Around the dumplings.

Meanwhile, cook according to the instructions for use.

Heat in wok rest of oil and let spinach (keep in handful) shrink in this.

Stir in garlic (if necessary) and season with spinach with salt and pepper.

Drain pasta in colander.

Keep leftover raw spinach leaves through pasta.

Cut the chicken cord and spinach over four plates.
