Directions

  1. Boil the potato wedges in water with salt in about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and let them spread out on a plate to cool.
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the chicory and cut away the hard cores. Cut the leaves into strips.
  3. Scrape all ingredients for the salad into a large bowl.
  4. Beat the ingredients for the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Scoop the dressing through the salad and serve immediately. Serve baguette with it.
