Chicken packages with green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, green beans, potato wedges (Tuscan (a 425 g)), chicken fillet (in slices) and olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.

Remove the tips of the green beans, break them in half and divide them with the potato wedges over 4 sheets of aluminum foil of 40 cm long.

Put the slices of chicken fillet on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with the oil.

Fold the foil up and drizzle each package with 2 tablespoons of water.

Fold the packages closed, close the sides like a toffee.

Make sure that the packages are tightly closed and that no steam can escape.

Place the packages on the baking tray and let them cook in the middle of the hot oven for 25 minutes.

Have everyone at the table open their own package.

Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese for some extra spice..
