Pasta salad with tuna and radish
Pasta salad with tuna, broccoli, red onion, capers and radishes.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Divide the broccoli into florets and boil in plenty of water for 3-4 minutes until al dente.

Rinse them with cold water and let them drain well. Puree the contents of the can of tuna with oil with the lemon juice and yogurt.

Season the dressing with (freshly ground) salt and pepper. Drain the tuna and divide into pieces.

Drain the pasta, mix immediately in a bowl with the dressing. Slice the onion very finely and the radish slices.

Spoon the broccoli florets and onion with ¾ of the tuna, the radish and the capers. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes.

Season the salad with (freshly ground) salt and pepper. Garnish with the rest of the tuna, radish and capers.
