Chicken with spice
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, fresh pasta tagliolini bicolore, chicken breast strips, olive oil, garlic (in thin slices), red pepper (in thin strips) and basil plant.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Scoop a few tablespoons of the cooking liquid into a bowl and drain the pasta.

Sprinkle the chicken strips with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, fruit the garlic in about 3 minutes golden yellow. Add the chicken strips and red pepper and stir fry the chicken over medium heat for about 4 minutes.

Stir the pasta with the retained cooking liquid through the chicken and let everything get warm. Divide the pasta over 4 pasta plates.

Pick all buds of the basil plant and place them on the pasta. Delicious with a green salad with thinly sliced fennel.
