Pork fillet with coarse mustard sauce and puree
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes (in pieces), butter, pork fillets, coarse mustard, crème fraîche, olive oil, red onions (in thin segments) and fresh spinach (a 300 g).

Potatoes covered in 20 min.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Pork fillets in here in 8 min.

Cooking trays, halfway turning.

Season meat with salt and pepper to taste, remove from pan and keep warm (wrapped in aluminum foil).

Raise the fire, loosen loaves and mix mustard with crème fraîche (store 1 t).

Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and fry onion on low heat.

Add spinach, turn the fire high and let it simmer in 4-5 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the potatoes and finely crush them with the rest of the oil and the dehydrated crème fraîche.

Season the puree with salt and pepper.

Spread the pork fillet with mashed potatoes and spinach over four plates and serve with mustard sauce..
