Pasta with zucchini, salmon and chives in a cream sauce.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
  4. Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and cut the halves into thin slices.
  5. Add to the onion and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour the cream into the onion-zucchini mixture and reduce for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Slice the chives.
  8. Add the salmon chives and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Spread the pasta over the plates and spoon the sauce on it.
