Tagliatelle with Salmon
Pasta with zucchini, salmon and chives in a cream sauce.
Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, cut the onion.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and cut the halves into thin slices.
Add to the onion and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour the cream into the onion-zucchini mixture and reduce for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Slice the chives.
Add the salmon chives and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the pasta over the plates and spoon the sauce on it.
