Pasta salad with raw ham and melon
Salad of quinoa, cantaloupe, feta, tomato, ham and chives.

Cook the pasta in water with salt until tender according to the instructions on the package.

Drain in a colander, rinse under cold running water and put in a bowl.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the ham over medium heat in 5 min. Until crispy. In the meantime, finely chop the chives.

Remove the ham from the pan, leave the shortening in the pan. Scoop the ham through the pasta.

Fry the tomatoes in the remaining cooking fat over medium heat for 4 minutes until they are popping.

Spoon the tomatoes with the oil, 2 / 3rd of the chives, the melon and watercress carefully through the pasta. Season with pepper and salt.

Crumble the feta over the pasta and spread the rest of the chives over it. Serve immediately.
