Chicken burger tonato


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, courgettes, lemon (scrubbed), extra virgin olive oil, chicken breast, fresh basil (15 g), chopped), oil tuna ((185 g), drained), mayonnaise, capers (a 100 g) and brown multigrain floor cadets.

Directions

  1. Scrape the courgettes with a cheese slicer into slices and put in a colander. Bring 1 liter of water to the boil and pour over the zucchini. Drain and put in a bowl. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Add the juice, oil and pepper and salt to the zucchini.
  2. Slice the chicken breast very finely. Mix with the lemon zest, basil and pepper and salt. With 4 hands, form 4 citizens. Heat the grill pan and grill the burgers in 12 minutes. Times regularly.
  3. Puree in a bowl the tuna, mayonnaise and half of the capers with the hand blender into a sauce.
  4. Halve the cadets along the way. Fill the bottom halves with some zucchini salad, the chicken burgers, 1 tuna sauce and the rest of the capers. Place the upper halves of the cadets on them. Serve with the rest of the zucchini salad and the tuna sauce.
