Red wine soup with vegetables and minced meat


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, lean bacon, garlic (squeezed), ratatouille-vegetable mix, fresh Italian spice mix ((20 g), finely chopped), strong red wine, clear oxtail soup (a 400 ml) and meatballs (for soup (150 g)).

Directions

  1. Heat in oil (soup) pan.
  2. Baking bacon crispy.
  3. Briefly fry garlic.
  4. Stir in vegetables for a period of 3 minutes.
  5. Add half of herbs, wine, cans of soup and meatballs.
  6. Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Sprinkle the rest of herbs into soup.
  9. Tasty with warm (wholemeal) baguette, dripped with olive oil..
