Pepper rice with catalan bratwurst
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions (chopped), olive oil, Catalan sausages (a 6 pieces, approx. 290 g), red peppers (green, yellow), white rice (bag a 1 kg), tomato cubes (400 g) ) and rocket (75 g).
Bring 500 ml of water to the boil. Fry the onion in the oil in a frying pan. Put the Catalan sausages in the pan and fry them around brown. Take the sausages out of the pan.
Spoon the sweet peppers and the rice into the pan and stir fry until the rice looks glassy. Pour the water and the tomato cubes and bring it back to the boil. Put the sausages back in the pan, cover the pan and roast the dish until done in 15 minutes.
Spoon the rocket through the pepper rice and serve immediately.
