Stew with pork
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lean pork steaks, garlic, dry white wine, lemon juice, ground cumin, bay leaves, salt and freshly ground pepper, olive oil, lemon and black olives without seeds.

Cut the meat into cubes of approx. 2 1/2 cm. Garlic peel and finely chop. In a large bowl, mix garlic with wine, lemon juice, cumin, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Add meat and cook well with marinade. Leave covered in refrigerator for approx. 8 hours.

Remove the meat from the marinade, store the marinade. Heat oil in (frying) pan and fry meat quickly around brown. Add marinade and let meat simmer on low heat for about 50 minutes until meat is tender. Clean the lemon well and cut into 8 parts. Remove bay leaf. Put the dish in (earthenware) bowl and garnish with olives and lemon wedges. Tasty with baked potatoes and salad or broccoli.
