Halve the leeks in length, wash and cut into pieces. Slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the leek with the garlic for 20 minutes on low heat. Add the garden peas after 15 minutes and warm for another 5 minutes.

Season with the nutmeg and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging. Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Divide the spaghetti over the bowls or deep plates. Spoon the leek garden pea mixture.

Divide the cottage cheese over it and sprinkle with the walnuts. Tear the basil leaves in coarse pieces and sprinkle over the pasta.
