Creamy garlic mussels
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh mussels, fennel, brown pistachios (or multigrain), fresh cream cheese with herbs and dry white wine.
Wash mussels thoroughly.
Remove broken shells and open mussels that do not close after a firm tap.
Clean fennel and cut into cubes.
bread roll halve and cover with half of cream cheese.
Bring wine with fennel to the boil in (mussel) pan.
Stir in the remaining cream cheese, season to taste with salt and pepper.
Put mussels in pan, put the lid on the pan and cook 7-8 minutes on high heat until all the shells are open.
Eat mussels directly from the pan or transfer them in deep plate..
