Chicken curry
Chicken curry with broccoli, potato, tomatoes, onion, garlic and broth.

Slice the onion coarsely and the garlic fine. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and the tomatoes into cubes.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the onion and garlic on low heat in 5 min. Glassy.

Put in the curry paste and warm it for a while. Place the pieces of chicken in the curry mixture and fry them in 5 min.

Cut the broccoli into florets from the stalk. Peel the stalk and cut it into slices. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Add the tomato cubes to the chicken curry mixture and bake for 2 minutes.

Spoon the potato cubes and the slices of broccoli sprout and pour the stock.

Bring to the boil and let the curry cook over low heat for 30 minutes.

After 20 minutes add the broccoli florets and cook them al dente in the curry. Season the curry with salt and pepper.
