Thai lentil chicken curry
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, pandan rice, zucchini, yellow pepper, sunflower oil, chicken breast strips (about 300 g), Thai green curry paste (pot 225 g), lentils (a 400 g) and creamy coconut milk (200 ml).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Wash the courgette and bell pepper and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken strips for 5 minutes.

Pepper and zucchini for 2 minutes.

Add curry paste and gently fry for 1 min.

Drain the lentils.

Lentils and coconut milk by stirring chicken-vegetable mixture.

Raise the heat through and through.

Serve with rice..
