Pasta gratin with sprouts and salmon
Pasta with penne, Brussels sprouts, onion, whipped cream, cheese and pink salmon.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Boil the sprouts in water with salt for 5 min.

Chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Fry the sprouts for 2 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the whipped cream to the boil. Allow half of the cheese to melt in the cream on low heat.

Remove the skin and the bones from the salmon.

Drain the pasta and scoop with the sprouts, cheese sauce and salmon. Season with salt and pepper .

Put the mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Bake the gratin in the oven in 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
