Fish fingers with carrot from the plate
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (solid (kilotje), scrubbed), winter carrots ((1kg bag), scrubbed), olive oil, fish fingers (300 g, frozen), halvanaise, honey and mustard.

Preheat the oven to 220 ºC. Halve the potatoes and cut the winter carrot in quarters lengthwise. Place everything on a griddle covered with parchment paper. Scoop with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the fish sticks.

Put the plate in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and done. Spoon the potato and winter carrot halfway and turn the fish fingers. Meanwhile, mix the halvanaise with the honey and mustard.

Serve the fish fingers, potatoes and winter carrots with the honey-mustard dip.
