Spaghetti bolognese with spinach


Spaghetti in the colors of the Italian flag, white spaghetti, red tomatoes with ground beef and green spinach.

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  2. In the meantime, toast the pine nuts in a minced oil pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
  3. Chop the onion and cut the pepper into strips.
  4. Heat the oil in the same pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry in 3 minutes. Add the bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the spinach in parts to the minced meat, let it shrink all the time and evaporate the moisture.
  6. Add the water and the mix for the spaghetti. Bring to boil. Boil the sauce for 2 minutes and season with pepper.
  7. Drain the spaghetti and spread over deep plates. Spoon the sauce on the spaghetti and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
