Minestrone soup with meatballs
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion (chopped), olive oil, tomato cubes (400 g), vegetable stock (of tablet), vegetable mix (400 g), bean mixture (250 g), half-to-half minced, nutmeg (ground) , fresh chives ((25 g), chopped) and mature cheese (grated).

Fry in oil with a thick bottom for 1 min.

Add tomato cubes and stock.

Add vegetable mix and bean mix and bring to the boil.

Soup with lid on pan for 10 min.

On low heat.

In the meantime, mince with nutmeg, half of chives and 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper.

Turning of minced meatballs.

Mix balls through soup and simmer gently in 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Distribute soup over four deep plates.

Sprinkle the cheese and the rest of the chives.
