Celery with pork


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, celery, oil, lean pork strips (about 400 g), onions (in half rings), wok essentials (chilli-garlic (a 240 ml)), egg noodles (250 g), peanuts ( unsalted (bag 250 g) and coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Peel the celery ribs lengthways with a peeler and cut off the top and bottom. Cut the stems into inclined pieces of about 4 cm.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the pork strips 2 min. Remove from the wok. Heat the rest of the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the celery and the onion 5 min. Add the pork strips and the wok sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and spread over 4 bowls. Spoon the celery sauce over it and sprinkle with the peanuts.
