Stir-fried bok choy with chickpeas and cod
Stir-fry dish with ginger, garlic, onion, bok choy, chickpeas, soy sauce and cod.
Peel and grate the ginger. Slice the garlic and the onion in thin slices. Cut the bok choy into 1 cm pieces.
Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the ginger, garlic and onion a ½ min. Add the paksoi and stir fry for another 4 minutes.
Drain the chickpeas and add with the soy sauce in the last minute.
In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, sprinkle the cod with salt and salt if necessary and cook over medium heat in 5 min.
Divide the vegetables over the plates and put the pieces of cod on them. Cut the lime into wedges and serve with it.
