Spicy kale with oriental pork chop

Grate 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest and squeeze out the fruit. Mix lemon zest and juice with the garlic, ginger, red pepper, 4 tablespoons of oil and the soy sauce.

Brush the pork chops with this mixture and leave for about 15 minutes. Boil the potatoes with the kale in 15-20 minutes until done.

In the meantime, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the pork chops on a medium-high stand for 5-7 minutes per side. Add a small splash of water.

Drain the potatoes and kale and make a stew with the rest of the oil and sambal. Sprinkle the stew with the onions and serve with the pork chops.
