Turn on the barbecue and let the coals come to temperature.

Do not put the meat on the barbecue until the coals are warm.

Halve the zucchini and cut one half in half.

Take one of the halves and cut it into thin slices lengthwise.

Cut the onion into thin rings.

Cut the chicken into six long thin slices.

If necessary, store the slices a little flat so that you can roll them up properly.
