Potato-bratwurst gratin


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, sausages, butter, onion (chopped), potato slices (700 g), eggs, whipped cream and young cheese (grated).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Bratwursts for 5 min.
  3. According to instructions on packaging.
  4. Heat butter in frying pan and lightly fry onions.
  5. Cut the sausages into slices and alternately place them in a greased ovenproof dish with potato slices.
  6. Divide on it.
  7. Whisk eggs with whipped cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Pour the egg mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  9. Place the dish in the middle of the oven and cook in 30-40 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
  10. Tasty with caramelized carrots..
