Steak with ajuice sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, (bullet) steaks, butter, onions (in thin rings), flour, powdered sugar, dried thyme, white wine and broth powder.
Stir the steak for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
Heat 1 butter in the saucepan and bake light browned on a low heat for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle onion rings with flour, powdered sugar and thyme and gently fry for 1 more minute.
Add wine and broth powder and let the onion sauce stir with stirring.
Season with salt and pepper.
Dilute sauce with some warm water if necessary.
Meanwhile, pat dry the steak and sprinkle with pepper.
Heat the rest of the butter in frying pan and fry the steak over high heat in 2-3 minutes per side around brown and roast on the inside.
Remove steaks from pan and let them rest in aluminum foil.
Place steaks on four plates and add anjuice sauce or serve separately.
Delicious with potato croquettes and haricots with fried bacon..
