Chicken with orange and mint
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, hand oranges, mint, (free-range) chicken fillets (a ca. 120 g), salt and pepper, cold butter or margarine and sherry (medium).

Peel oranges thickly to flesh and cut into slices.

cut fresh mint.

Sprinkle chicken fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat 30 g of butter in a large frying pan and fry chicken breasts over a high heat for about 4 minutes.

Add oranges and sherry and cook over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes and let chicken cook.

Remove chicken from pan and place on four plates.

Cut the rest of cold butter into cubes and beat with sauce.

Fry over chicken and sprinkle with mint..
