Cook the snow peas in 2 min. Al dente. Scoop out of the pan and rinse under cold water.

Cook the noodles in the same water according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the stir fry mix 4 min. Stir fry the snow peas and the noodles 2 min. Season with the sesame oil, pepper and salt.

Distribute over bowls. Cut the spring onion into rings. Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the shrimp 1 min.

Mix in the sauce. Spread over the noodles and sprinkle with the spring onions.
