Mexican taco burgers
Mexican taco burgers with cheese, Mexican stir-fry mix and onion.

Chop the onion finely and mix in a bowl with the spice mix (taco dinnerkit) and the water.

Knead the minced meat in and form the burgers of approx. 10 cm diameter.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, halve the burgers and fry in brown and cooked for 8-10 min.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the vegetable mix for 5 min.

Heat the taco shells (out of the box) in the oven or in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging.

Place 3 taco shells on each plate and fill with half the burgers and vegetable mix.

Sprinkle the tacos with the cheese and serve the sauce (from the box) separately.
