Creamy fish stew
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, plaice fillet, coalfish (or cod fillet (fresh or frozen)), butter, leek (in rings), snow peas, white wine, coconut cream, herb mix (mixed herbs, fresh or frozen), lemon juice, cooked mussels (mussel meat and 150 g).

Cut the plaice fillet into strips, fillet of coleslaw in cubes.

Melt butter in a frying pan and gently fry the leek for 5 minutes.

Snow peas for 1 min.

Add wine and cook cream and bring to the boil.

Add spices, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Dust the fish with salt and pepper and stir in vegetable sauce.

Stew on low heat for 8 minutes, add mussel meat and heat for another 2 minutes.
