Steak with chili tomato sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steaks, garlic, red pepper, olive oil, salt, sweet chilli sauce (bottle 250 ml) and tomato cubes (390 g).

Light the barbecue. Using a sharp knife, make 4-5 small notches on one side of the steak. Cut the garlic into very thin slices. Push the slices into the notches in the meat.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix with the oil and salt. Allow the steaks to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Mix the chili sauce and tomato cubes in a small bowl. Grill the steaks on the barbecue in 5 minutes medium. Turn halfway. Serve with the chili-tomato sauce. Tasty with a grilled corn cob and baked potato.
