Noodles with sweet-sour vegetables and egg
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: eggs, red pepper, unsalted cashew nuts, sunflower oil, Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g), sweet and sour sauce (a 100 g), noodles (a 2 bags a 150 g) and prawn crackers.

Boil eggs in 8 minutes, boil and peel under cold running water.

Meanwhile, clean peppers and cut into cubes.

Cashew nuts coarse heels.

Heat up stir-frying oil and pepper and stir-fry mix for 2 minutes.

Stir in sauce and 4 tbsp water and stir-fry for 1 min.

Disassemble the noodles, add them well and stir well and stir-fry for a further 1 min.

Halve eggs and place on top of wok dish.

Sprinkle with nuts.

Serve with krupuk.
