Flatbreads with baked black beans, spiced cauliflower and hummus
Stuffed flat breads with cauliflower florets, celery, black beans and hummus.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Halve the big florets cauliflower. Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Spread the vegetables with the coriander seed over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and sprinkle with the curry powder, oil, pepper and salt.

Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven. Spoon halfway. Heat the flatbread for the last 3 minutes under the baking sheet in the oven.

In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and the celery coarsely.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating on high heat and fry the beans with garlic, pepper and salt for 5 minutes on medium heat. Shake the pan regularly.

Spread the flatbreads with the hummus, spread the cauliflower over it and scoop up the baked beans. Sprinkle with the celery.
