Saltimbocca of turkey schnitzel with cranberry juice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, turkey twigs (approx. 125 g), flour (for breading), (freshly ground) pepper, sage, Parma ham, olive oil, red port, cranberry compote (from pot) and salt.

Put the schnitzels on a shelf.Place the baking foil on it and use a rolling pin to gently roll the meat into a platter.School the meat, halve the meat and sprinkle with pepper and sage. Steaks with a slice of ham. Cut the schnitzels in half and fix with cocktail stick.

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Cut cutlets on medium heat in approx. 4 minutes around brown. Remove the meat from the pan. Stir in the left-over shortening port, cranberry compote and 3 tbsp water. Put the fire down and put the schnitzels in cranberry jus for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with fresh pasta and broccoli.
