A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (pommonde fine (bag 2 1/2 kg)), oil, garlic (coarsely cut), beef filet steaks (marinated a la minute (4 pieces, 300 g)), ready-to-eat spinach ( 300 g), red onions (finely chopped), tomatoes (in parts) and balsamic dressing (bottle 270 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in the peel for 10 minutes, pour them off and cut them into slices lengthwise. Heat the oil in a frying pan or stir fry the potatoes golden brown and cooked, add the last min. The garlic.
  2. Prepare the beef fillets in the grill pan according to the instructions on the packaging. In a large bowl, mix the spinach, the onions and the tomatoes and toss in the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
