A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: mix for noodles special (39 g), noodles (pack 500 g), sunflower oil, oriental wok cubes (a 175 g), leeks (washed and in rings), oriental wok vegetables (400 g), side -made saté sauce (500 g) and seroendeng (litter of roasted coconut and peanuts and spices at 100 g).
Put the contents of the bags from the mix for noodles into a small bowl and pour 100 ml of hot water. Let stand for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the wok cubes 2 min. Scoop the leek through and cook for 1 min. Add the wok vegetable and fry for another 3 minutes while stirring. In the meantime, heat the satay sauce according to the instructions on the package. Spoon the mix for bami especially by the vegetables. Add the noodles and cook for 1 min.
Divide the noodles over 4 plates. Serve with the seroendeng and saté sauce.
