Kale-celeriac stalk with smoked sausage croutons

Peel the celeriac and cut into 3 cm pieces.

Bring the celeriac to the boil with the potatoes with a layer of water and possibly salt.

Divide the kale over it. Turn down the heat and leave to cook with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the smoked sausage into cubes of ½ cm.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the smoked sausage croutons.

Drain on kitchen paper. In the meantime, heat the milk in a saucepan.

Drain the potatoes with vegetables and crush with the puree mash.

Add the mix for kale and milk.

Sprinkle the stew with the smoked sausage croutons.
