Mediterranean potato salad
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cherry tomatoes (250 g), sundried tomatoes on oil, black olives without seeds, chorizo sausage (a 250 g), potato salad tomato and basil (600 g), rocket salad lettuce (75 g), ciabatta ( bread) and herb butter (100 g).

Wash and halve cherry tomatoes.

Cut sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.

Cut the olives into slices.

Cut sausage into cubes.

Mix half tomatoes, tomato pieces, olives and sausage with potato salad.

Spread salad over four plates and create salad.

Serve salad with ciabatta and herb butter..
