Sweet and sour chicken with rice and paprika.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces of approx. 5 cm. Spread the chicken fillet with 2 tbsp herb ketchup (per 4 persons).
  3. Clean the peppers and cut into pieces. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the chicken breast in brown for about 3 minutes.
  4. Fry the peppers for about 2 minutes. Let the apricots drain and collect the juice.
  5. Add 150 ml of apricot juice (per 4 people), vinegar and the rest of the ketchup to the chicken. Let the whole simmer uncovered for approx. 10 minutes.
  6. Warm the apricots last minute. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the rice.
