This pasta with homemade meatballs, mushrooms and a creamy cheese sauce is on the table in 20 minutes

Directions

  1. Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. When the water is boiling, add the pasta and any salt and cook for 11 minutes until al dente.
  2. In the meantime, cut the string beans into 3 cm pieces and add the last 3 minutes to the paste. Drain and collect a cup of cooking liquid.
  3. Meanwhile, put the minced meat, celery, pepper and salt in a bowl and knead well.
  4. Form 6 equal balls with moist hands. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 10 min. Golden brown and done.
  5. In the meantime, heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes on a high heat.
  6. Add the cheese and heat for 3 minutes on low heat. Add the pasta, haricot beans and a little bit of cooking liquid and scoop.
  7. Divide the pasta over deep plates and put the balls on it. Clean the lemon and grate the yellow skin above the pasta.
