Chops with brussel sprouts
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spiced ribs with garlic and rosemary (bag 600 g, frozen), shoulder chops (a 360 g), olive oil, Brussels sprouts (halved), red onions (in slices), garlic (in slices) and red apples (in quarters).

Prepare the potato wedges according to the instructions on the package.

Fry the shoulder chops in the oil according to the instructions on the package.

Boil the sprouts in boiling water for 5 minutes and drain them.

Take the pork chops out of the pan and keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Spoon the onions, the garlic, the apples and the sprouts in the frying pan and stir-fry 3-4 minutes.

Serve the pork chops and the potato wedges..
